		지난번에 친구가 시술받는다고 따라간건데 가서 친구 기다리면서 있다가 ppc라는걸 처음알았어요 미루한 몸배를 가지고 있어도 운동만 꾸준히 하고 특별히 다이어트란건 하지않았던(못했던..) 그래서 관심을 갖고 더 눈에 띄었던것같아요 친구기다리면서 좀 뜬금없이 상담을 받았답니다. 여름도 다가오고해서 큰맘벅고 시술을 결심했답니다 시술받고도 휴우증? 같은건 없길래 친구들이랑 놀고그랬답니다. 평소에 좀 끼던 자켓을 입었는데도 차이를 확연히 알수있었답니다. 아..운동은 원래 꾸준히 하던거 계속하고 폭식도 좀 하지 말아야겠어요 앞으로 몇번더 받아야하는데 정말 기대됩니다 ^-^ 그럼 안녕히계세용 다음에 뵈요
