		놀랍군요

		PPC주사 맞은지 1달이 다 되어가요. 일주일정도 지나고 왜 효과가 없냐면 병원에 전화를 했었죠. 나름 거금을 투자했는데 효과가 없는거 같아 얼마나 조바심이 났던지. 간호사언니가 3주부터 효과가 나타나고 길게는 2달까지 나타난다고 하시면서, 운동이랑 마사지랑 열심히 하시고 물 많이 먹으라고 자세하게 설명해주셨어요. 멍이 들정도로 마사지도 열심히 하고, 운동도 헬스가서 런닝머신 1시간이상씩 걷고 했더니 정말 놀랍게도 효과가 나타났어요. 매일 싸이즈 측정 했는데 3주가 지나니까 놀랍게도 허벅지는 3센치줄었고, 복부는 아랫쪽은 6센치줄었어요. 얼마전만 해도 꽉 끼었던 바지가 이제는 제법 헐렁하네요. 다음주 정도에 다시 2차 맞을려구요. 그때 말씀하시길 2~3회 맞으면 효과가 더 좋다고 하셨잖아요. 곧 저도 꿀벅지대열에 합류하겠네요.
