		ppc맞았어요 원래 몸매관리? 요런거에 둔한 편인 제가 민소매티셔츠를 입었다가 화들짝 놀라 버렸네요 팔 바깥쪽에 살이 너무쪄서 신경이 쓰여서 했는데요 이번에 2차 한거거든요 확실히 두번을 해서 그런지 첫번째때보다 사이즈가 좀 줄었어요 거기서 주사 맞을 때 하셨던 말대로 많이 주무르고 물도 많이 먹고 운동도 신경써가면서 하고 그래서 그런지 효과를 좀 본 거 같아요 사실 그냥 운동만 한다고 해서 팔이랑 다리는 빼기가 좀 힘들었는데 주사 맞고 나서 하니까 효과가 두 배? 히히 이번 여름에는 짧은 반팔 티를 좀 입고 다니려구요^^ 또 지내보다가 효과가 더 나타나면 3차까지도!! 생각해볼꺼에요ㅎㅎ
